Terms of Use
These terms describe how Revna should be used, what it is, and where its boundaries are.
By downloading, installing, or using Revna Skincare ("Revna", the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and MaviPiksel Internet Cozumleri Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Revna is a cosmetic skincare routine coach for adults. It helps you understand visible cosmetic cues, organise the products you own, build skincare routines, and optionally track progress over time. Revna is explicitly not:
Revna is intended for users aged 18 and above. By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly provide services to anyone under 18. If we discover that a minor has created an account, we will terminate it and delete the associated data.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately at support@revna.org if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used fraudulently, or are inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice where practicable.

When you submit face photos or other content to Revna, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process it solely to provide the Service to you. We will not use your photos for any other purpose. You confirm that: (a) you have the right to submit any content you provide; (b) the content does not infringe the rights of any third party; and (c) you are the person depicted in any face photos you submit.
Revna uses AI to generate cosmetic visual reports, pattern summaries, and routine suggestions. This output is cosmetic and informational only. It is not a medical opinion, clinical finding, or professional recommendation. Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, and individual differences. Do not delay seeking professional care based on anything Revna generates. If you experience pain, rapid visible changes, open wounds, or any skin health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional. When you initiate a face analysis, your face photo is transmitted to OpenAI (api.openai.com), a third-party AI service, solely to generate your cosmetic appearance report. By proceeding with an analysis, you consent to this transmission. OpenAI does not retain your photo after the request completes and does not use it for advertising or model training.
If Revna offers paid subscriptions or in-app purchases, transactions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store payment card details. Subscription management, renewal cancellation, and billing disputes are handled according to the relevant app store's policies. Where applicable, statutory consumer rights under your local law are not affected by these terms.
All content, design elements, trademarks, software, and technology in Revna — excluding content you submit — are owned by or licensed to MaviPiksel Internet Cozumleri Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without our prior written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MaviPiksel Internet Cozumleri Ltd. and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) €50. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MaviPiksel Internet Cozumleri Ltd. and its officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (c) content you submit to the Service.
We use Microsoft Clarity for anonymized UI analytics, including heatmaps and session recordings, on general app screens. By using Revna, you acknowledge that anonymized interaction data on general screens may be collected. Screens involving face photos, analysis results, or health-related content are strictly excluded from Clarity and no sensitive data is shared with analytics tools. We may suspend or terminate your access to Revna at any time for breach of these terms, at our reasonable discretion, or if required by applicable law, with notice where practicable. You may stop using the Service at any time. Account deletion can be initiated from within the app or by contacting support@revna.org. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, applicable law, or our business practices. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email with at least 14 days' notice where practicable. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. For users in the European Union or the United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protection rights and statutory remedies under applicable EU or UK law are not affected by this clause. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of İzmir, Türkiye, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
