Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Revna account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app or by contacting us.

How to delete your account in the app

Open the Revna app.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

What data is deleted

Your account profile and authentication credentials
All face analysis results and reports
Progress photos (if you chose to save any)
Your skincare routine and product cabinet
App usage history and preferences

Data retained after deletion

Anonymised, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for product improvement purposes. No personally identifiable information is kept after account deletion.

Delete by email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to privacy@mavipiksel.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.
