Privacy Policy
This policy explains the privacy principles Revna is built around.
Revna uses face photos only to create cosmetic visual reports and routine support. Photos are designed to be deleted after processing unless you choose to save them for progress tracking.
Progress photo storage is opt-in. You can use the app without saving progress photos.
You can view stored data, export data, delete saved photos, delete reports, revoke consent, and delete your account at any time.
Revna does not sell face-photo data, visual report data, or sensitive profile data. Analytics tools never receive raw images, analysis results, or health-related information.
We use Microsoft Clarity to improve the app experience through anonymized heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity is restricted to general UI screens only — screens involving skin photos, analysis results, or health-related content are fully excluded. Clarity does not process sensitive or health data. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement for details.
The app uses Supabase (database & authentication), Anthropic Claude API (AI analysis — images are not retained beyond the request), Google Sign-In, and Apple Sign-In. Each service is governed by its own privacy policy.
